On the eve of the New Year, the office of Hals-Development Group hosted the award ceremony for the Dubinin’Sky business center, which received the Platinum Certificate of the KLEVER system. This significant event brought together the company’s management, the project team, HPBS consultants, and representatives of the National PPP Center.
The certificate was awarded for outstanding achievements in the “Design” phase, highlighting the company’s commitment to high standards of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. It also reinforces the strong market position of the Dubinin’Sky business center in the real estate sector.
