Project Description:
A unique building with an area of 78,000 square meters, which has no analogues in Russia. The Business Center is implemented in the form of a large-scale street under a glass dome, the height of which is about 20 meters, the length is 270 meters. On the sides it is surrounded by various three-dimensional buildings. On the ground floor there are shops and restaurants, on the rest there are office premises. Under the atrium of the street there is a two-storey parking lot and a fitness club. The Amalthea Business Center is one of the connecting elements in the system of transport hubs and connects the directions: the Skolkovo IC, Moscow City and the Belorussky railway station.

The Amalthea Business Center project has passed the LEED examination stage of project documentation in the USA, received points for the LEED certification level “Silver”.
As a result of the construction of the energy model necessary to confirm the section “energy efficiency” according to LEED, optimization of engineering solutions occurred, which helped to achieve the following indicators.
Conclusions: optimization during LEED certification led to savings in construction costs by 372 thousand dollars, as well as to annual savings in energy costs by 253 thousand dollars (about 40%)
